We want you to be happy with what you buy from BigStuff. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You will need your order number or the email used to place the order.
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed it meets the conditions above, we refund the original payment method within 7 working days. The time it takes the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items marked final sale.
- Items that have been opened, used, or assembled.
- Gift cards, if offered.
Return shipping
If you are returning a non-damaged item, you cover the cost of shipping it back. For damaged or wrong items, we pay.
How to request a return
Email us at the address below with your order number and a brief description. We will reply with instructions and a return address.
