Where we ship
We ship to all 7 emirates of the United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
A flat-rate shipping fee is added to every order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. The current standard rate is AED 20.
Delivery time
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery typically takes:
- Dubai and Sharjah: 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- Other emirates: 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with the courier's tracking number. We currently use Jeebly for last-mile delivery.
Missed delivery
If you are not at the address when the courier arrives, they will usually attempt redelivery the next working day or contact you to reschedule. If multiple attempts fail, the parcel may be returned to us; in that case we will contact you to arrange a re-send or refund, minus the return shipping cost.
